Ms. Yamada won the gold medal at the Dalemain Marmalade Awards World Finals 2026

Confectionery researcher Rie Yamada once again submitted entries to the Dalemain Marmalade Awards World Finals 2026, and her two marmalade products, made with golden citrus from Nakaya Kaise Farm and Nishiura lemons, won gold medals for the second year in a row!

Additionally, Nakaya’s marmalade made with sweet summer oranges won a silver medal, and their marmalade made with Nishiura lemons won a bronze medal.
